It is a 4-day personal growth retreat. An intense and powerful process to deepen your relationships, learn to manage your emotions and to find a new direction in your daily life by connecting with your inner self.
When in our relationships we don’t succeed in setting up a clear and authentic communication we risk feeling overwhelmed, not being understood or not being seen. We may respond in a manner often out of our control, creating conflict, poor understanding and stress; and even resulting in apathy, lack of motivation, poor sleep and deep states of anxiety.
These dynamics can keep us away from having authentic relationships.
The focus of this experience is a body-oriented work. We use holistic methods such as: Kundalini Yoga, Core Energetics, work of exposure through sharing and inquiry (inner investigation), and Meditation.
