We offer an ongoing program of several days length, the Mandali experience, for anyone who wishes to disconnect from the daily stresses of life and discover their own natural flow.
Designed for everybody, the experience combines guided meditation, yoga, periods of silence, and group sessions.
On arrival, you will be given a schedule of events from which you can choose to participate, as well as information about special walks and points of interest. From there, it’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the program as you wish.
Furthermore, one can enjoy our Body Care Center facilities, have a lovely stroll on the mountain, walk the labyrinth or book a session with one of our body-workers. And perhaps most importantly, take some time to rediscover what’s really important to you and let go of the things that are no longer serving you.
The first day of the Mandali experience starts at 3 PM. You are welcome to arrive earlier. Check-in time is at 2 PM but we try our best to provide a check-in as early as possible. Please take a look at our FAQ pages for more practical information about the Mandali Experience.
